New Delhi: Several parts of north India are expected to get relief from the heat today (Sunday). The MET department has issued an orange alert for rain in several parts of Haryana, Delhi, and western Uttar Pradesh. According to the MET department, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh are likely to receive heavy rainfall for the next three days. Kullu has been warned of maximum rainfall.

 

 

According to the MET department, the weather conditions have changed in the sky over Delhi-NCR today (Sunday) meaning that the weather has changed amidst cloudy movement since morning on July 18. In The National Capital, Delhi, people are feeling a slight respite from the scorching heat. In Uttarakhand, a rain alert has been sounded for 3 days. The Met department has predicted heavy rainfall in the state.

In the national capital, most of the temperatures are likely to be 35 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature is likely to be 28 degrees Celsius today (Sunday). The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rain at different places in the city on Sunday afternoon and evening. UP may receive the highest rainfall at some places while thundershowers may occur at some places. As per the forecast of IMD, Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar, Sambhal, Moradabad, Bareilly, and adjoining areas are likely to receive thundershowers today (July 18).
