It is being told that Zaheer, father Basir Khan, 45 years old, resident of village Amlataz, works to sell toast and cumin by hawking on a motorcycle. On the previous day, he had gone to the village Baroli by motorcycle to sell toast, cumin. Meanwhile, when he was standing near Jamniya Jod, two people came to him and asked him to show his Aadhar card. On this, Zaheer told the youths that 'he does not have Aadhar card.'

On hearing this, both the youths starting beating him. It is being told that the accused hit him with sticks and belts and abusing him also said that 'how did you come to our village, why did you come here.' In this case, the Hatpipalya police station has registered a case against two unknown accused under various sections. According to reports, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections 294, 323, 506, 34.
