A shocking incident comes to light from Delhi’s Kondli where a 20-year-old unmarried girl throws her newborn baby from the window of the washroom. As per the information the unmarried girl has been booked by police for throwing a newborn from the washroom window after giving him birth.
The police official confirmed the incident on Monday. She has been sent for medical examination. As per the information, a 20-year-old girl threw a baby boy from the window of her washroom shortly after giving him birth. She was residing in Jai Ambey Apartments in East Delhi's Kondli. Residents of the building found the baby and interrogated her.
When the resident of the building entered the girl's apartment. They found several blood traces in the dustbin upon inspection. They immediately informed the police about the matter. The police also confirmed that the girl was unmarried and apprehending social stigma, she tried to get rid of the baby.
As of now A case has been filed against her and she has been sent for medical examination. Further investigation is going on in the case. The shocking incident comes to light after a seven months pregnant woman was allegedly set on fire by her husband and in-laws in Delhi's Bawana area. The woman is currently under treatment in hospital while her husband has also suffered minor burn injuries. The victim has told the police that a young boy threw paint thinner in a bonfire she was sitting close to and suffered burn injuries in the incident but her brother has alleged harassment by the woman's husband and in-laws.
