Lucknow: A number of shocking cases are being reported between coronas and the number of deaths is also increasing amid the ever increasing number of cases amidst the corona epidemic. Due to this, bodies flowing in the Ganga have also been seen. In Bihar, bodies were also seen flowing in river Ganga in Buxar and Varanasi and Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh. The bodies are said to belong to corona patients and their families dumped them in the river instead of performing the last rites. After the river Ganga, bodies are now flowing in the Yamuna also.

Several charred bodies were seen in Yamuna in Auraiya district. According to reports, people are pouring the bodies into the water before they are burnt completely at the crematorium in Auraiya district. The bodies lying on the banks of Shergarh Ghat in Auraiya are being scratched by dogs, creating a crisis of spreading infection. On the one hand, several pyres are seen burning at Shergarh Ghat on river Yamuna in Auraiya, while on the other hand, bodies are seen flowing in the River Yamuna. The caretakers at Shergarh Ghat said that 8 to 10 people are still being cremated every day. People leave the body charred and leave.

There are many people who rush the bodies into the Yamuna. Till a few days ago, 20-25 bodies were cremated daily. If no one takes care, dogs also drag the bodies. On the other hand, the priest of the ghat said that even after refusing, people throw the bodies in the water and leave.
