Bareilly: A woman in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly has accused her husband of committing a crime. In fact, here the woman has complained to the police that her husband put a bottle in her private part demanding a dowry. Not only this but the woman was made to the rooster in the sun and bricks were placed on the back. According to the information received in this case, the victim has given a complaint letter to the SSP office seeking action against the husband. About this whole case, the police say that the woman has been married for four years. The woman has alleged that the husband misbehaved with her for not getting dowry as per her mind in the marriage.

The case is being reported from the Izzatnagar police station area of Bareilly. Here, the woman told the police that she got married on July 8, 2018, and her family members had donated dowry according to their status. However, her husband and in-laws started demanding Rs 1 lakh shortly after the marriage. When she resisted, the in-laws started assaulting her. In this case, she further told that when she complained to her husband about the assault of the in-laws, he misbehaved with her. The woman alleges that the husband used to constantly misbehave with her and was happy to see her crying and screaming in pain. Not only this, the husband put a bottle in her private part and the next day her in-laws threw her out of the house saying that bring one lakh rupees from your mother-in-law and then you will be allowed to stay here. When the woman came to her maternal uncle, the parents persuaded the in-laws and sent her back. However, as soon as her parents left the house, her husband put bricks on her back and asked her to bring money from the house.

In this case, the woman has alleged that when she became pregnant, her in-laws stayed right for a few months, but started torturing her badly when the daughter was born. Apart from this, the woman has also alleged that somehow she has come out of her in-laws' house and came to the SSP office. The woman says that her husband has an illicit relationship with another woman, due to which he wants to get rid of her and her daughter. At present, the SSP has ordered an inquiry into the matter, further action will be taken on the basis of whatever will come out in the investigation.
