Lucknow: A shocking case of murder of a twelve-year-old Dalit girl in Uttar Pradesh's Mahrajganj district has came to light. Police were initially describing the body of the girl who was found naked near Reharwa under bypass in Brijmanganj police station area as an animal attack, but now the case has came to a shocking revelation.

The girl was caught from her dera and taken towards the alleged railway line. She was brutally murdered after she was gang raped. To change the fate of the incident, the lower part of the girl's stomach was cut off with a knife and buried in the ground. Initially Brijmanganj police were covering it up.

Superintendent of Police Pradeep Gupta rushed to the spot after the case was registered. SO was suspended. The new police officers were also trying to divert the murder case during the investigation. The role of the police is also being questioned because the details of the incident were removed from the press note released in the disclosure of the incident.
