Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Minister Bhupinder Singh Chaudhary has said that if the Yogi Adityanath government returns to power for the second time, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi will wear 'Janeu' on his shoulder and start chanting Lord Ram's name. Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, a resident of Moradabad and a member of the State Legislative Council, made the statement about Owaisi at a meeting held in Shamli on Sunday.

When asked why it seems that Owaisi will start wearing Janeu? In response, the Panchayat Raj Minister said, 'We are taking forward our agenda. Because of this agenda, Akhilesh Yadav has started worshiping in Hanuman temples and former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has started wearing Janeu and telling his gotra.

Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary further said that It is the effect of our ideology, due to which people have given up their agenda and started following us. Those who indulged in appeasement and talked only about minorities, who did not accept the existence of Lord Ram and had given an affidavit in the Supreme Court terming Ram imaginary, started wearing 'Janeu' and visiting temples.
