Police have arrested Khem Singh, Tek Chand and Dev in this case.
All these people were caught burning straw in their fields at village Jewar Khadar. Police say that the burning of stubble was causing large scale air pollution, which is a violation of the guidelines of Hon'ble Apex Court and NGT. Police has said that these people were explained earlier. At the same time, if they refused, they were going to take off. Due to this, these people are being arrested by the police and sent to court by Section 151 CRPC.
