Haridwar: Notification of Kumbh Mela to be held in Haridwar, Uttarakhand will be applicable from April 1. Giving information about this, the Chief Secretary has said that no changes have been made during the Kumbh period. The Maha Kumbh is going to be held in Haridwar from April 1. Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat is about to meet today for the preparation of Kumbh.

Chief Secretary Om Prakash has given information about this. Along with this, Om Prakash has also said that no changes have been made in the period of the fair. Giving information on Friday, the Chief Secretary has said that the notification of Kumbh will be applicable only from April 1. Its notification will be released soon. He told that the fair is being held from April 1 to April 30.

As soon as the notification of Kumbh is issued by the government, all the rules will be implemented in the Haridwar Kumbh region. It will be mandatory for everyone to follow the Central and State Government's SOP issued for corona. Every devotee and saint coming to Haridwar will also be required to bring a negative report of Corona. Along with this, registration has to be done on the government portal. However, the saints have protested against the corona SOP issued by the central and state government.
