On Friday night, rivulets were burnt in various parts of Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand. Pirul itself has spread to Pirul (pine leaves) on the Pithoragarh-Chandak road after heavy rains at the district headquarters. Which has increased the risk of accidents on the road. Due to heavy rains in Gangeseri of Pithoragarh last night, houses of Heera Singh, Ram Singh, Mohan Singh have come under threat. Here 12 to 15 fields are reported to be flowing due to torrential rains.

For your information, let us tell you that the villagers here spent the night in the shadow of fear. There have been landslides in many places. There was rain in many areas including the capital Dehradun this morning. Which has relieved the humidity. Most areas in the state are cloudy. Heavy rains are still expected in many areas of the state. Very heavy rains are expected especially in Nainital and most parts of Champawat. In other areas of Kumaon, hail can also fall with rain.

In addition, Pauri Garhwal, Nainital and Udhamsingh Nagar can have strong wind speeds of 30 to 40 kmph. According to a bulletin issued by the Meteorological Center, light to moderate rainfall is expected in almost all the districts of the state. Weather center Bikram Singh said that the surrounding areas including the capital Doon may remain partly cloudy. Thunderstorms and light rain may occur in some places.
