Varanasi: Even after the delivery boy was found to be Corona positive in Delhi, the administration does not seem to be taking lessons in PM Narendra Modi's parliamentary constituency Varanasi. This is the reason why there is no corona investigation of more than 450 delivery boys fitted for home delivery of various goods, which has now become a cause for concern. At the same time, officials say that they will get an inquiry done in a few days.
During the entire lockdown imposed in the city for the last few days, the shops of essential commodities have also been closed by the administration and supplies are being made only through home delivery. But surprisingly, no corona investigation of any kind has been conducted so far for 461 home delivery boys installed by different shops.
Giving information, ADM (supply) Nalinikanth Singh said that no arrangements have been made to investigate the delivery boys. But they will be investigated in future. ADM further said that there is no problem in making near home delivery. More than 400 passes have been made in the last 3 days. He said that the Varanasi administration has pushed the Supply Friend website on behalf of the government. On this website, 461 shops will be available according to different neighborhoods. Their goal is to deliver the goods to more people through home delivery.
