New Delhi: With the arrival of spring, there is a gradual departure of cold in the country. Simultaneously, the heat has started to sound. In the plains, day, as well as night temperatures, are also increasing. People are starting to feel the heat from the scorching sun in the plains. At the same time, there is still snowfall in the mountainous areas. Meanwhile, the Department of Assam has expressed the possibility of light to heavy rain at many places.

According to meteorology, light to moderate rains is expected over Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, and Mahe for the next two days. According to the Meteorological Department, thunderstorms have been forecast in Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, and Mahe today and tomorrow.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain and snowfall in some areas of Himachal Pradesh by 25 February. Along with this, heavy rains have been forecast in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad along with snowfall for the next 5 days. At the same time, there may be heavy rain and snowfall in some areas of Uttarakhand from 23 to 24 February.
