Raipur: A shocking incident has come to light from Bastar in Chhattisgarh. Where a loving couple was first brutally beaten up, then semi-naked and paraded around the entire village. The video of this incident went viral on social media. It is being said that the woman had caught her husband in an objectionable condition with his girlfriend. Thereafter, together with the villagers, she taught such lessons to her husband and girlfriend. After the incident came to light, the police arrested three persons, including the victim's wife.
According to the information received, the man, a resident of Bargai village under Urandabera police station area, had an illicit relationship with a girl from the same village. His wife caught him red-handed with his girlfriend in an objectionable condition. The woman then first gathered the villagers and surrounded the house from all sides. The villagers then pulled out the loving couple from the house, tied the hands of both of them with sticks, half-naked and walked the entire village on foot. Due to this, the girl kept screaming and pleading to leave herself.
As soon as the video went viral, the police swung into action and reached the village. After investigation, the police detained 3 persons along with the victim's wife and brought them to the police station. A case was registered under sections 354, 354B, 50B and 509B. Superintendent of Police Divyang Patel said the case was dated June 12 (Saturday). As soon as the news was received, a team was formed and sent to the village. After investigation, the police came to know that the victim had an illicit relationship with the woman of the village. Police arrested his wife and three men. Other people may also be arrested in this case.
