Etah, An order has been given by local court for filing an FIR in the alleged gangrape of a woman in village Nagla Malle area. Yesterday, the victim had approached the court after the police refused to file a case. The court then ordered the police to look into the matter, after which they filed a case against the two accused.

"she was abducted by Shivansh and another person while she was returning home from the market. The accused then took her to a secluded spot and allegedly gangraped her", as per the victims complaint.

According to police, no arrests have been made and efforts are on to arrest the accused.
