Nowadays, criminal cases are increasing rapidly. Now, the recent case that has come to light is from Hyderabad. A 27-year-old woman has been sentenced to 20 years in jail by a court here. At the same time, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on the woman. Under the information received, the accused woman is accused of sexually abusing a minor boy not once or twice but several times. A fast-track special court involving cases related to POCSO Act found the woman guilty of sexually assaulting the child in the case. She worked as a caretaker in a school as part of information about the woman. It is also said that the police had lodged a complaint with the police station in December 2017 on the complaint of the child's father in the case.

After the complaint was registered, the police had filed a case under sections of the Indian Penal Code in addition to the POCSO Act in the case. The father of the victim had told the police in a complaint lodged by him that he had found burn marks on his son's body. After receiving the mark, they started finding out about it. Investigations revealed that the school caretaker swayed his child.

When he asked his son, the boy told him that the woman had recently joined the school and had misbehaved with him several times. The accused woman also used to threaten him and the child was also burnt with cigarettes by the woman. The police investigation in the case also found several shreds of evidence and in view of that, the court convicted the woman and sentenced her to 20 years in jail.
