In Delhi's Hauz Khas village, a 24-year-old woman who hails from the northeast was raped by a man. When she was returning from a party along with her friends the incident took place.
The woman as per the sources news told police that around 11.30 PM she was offered a drop home by an unknown person.
A case under IPC section 376 (rape) has been registered and efforts are being made to ascertain the identity of the accused with the help of local intelligence and electronic surveillance, the officer as per the sources news said.
