2818 new cases of COVID19 reported in Chattisgarh

Raipur: The spread of coronavirus continues in the state. In the meantime, about 46 per cent of the people who have been affected by the disease have recovered from it. However, Chhattisgarh has also been named among the top recovery rate states in the initial three months. Now the situation has changed and the recovery rate has declined. In fact, a total of 52932 people have been affected by coronavirus in Chhattisgarh so far. Of these, 2818 new infected have been found during the last 24 hours. A total of 23,938 people have recovered from coronavirus, while 2841 infected are still undergoing treatment at COVID hospitals.

A total of 719630 people have been tested in the state so far. The deadly disease has caused 477 deaths in the state so far. 49 per cent of the patients in the state had recovered and returned home. However, with a large number of new patients reported daily during the past week.

In these cases, the government is now going to conduct a major survey on coronavirus in the state. The Sero survey will explain whether the people are now developing immunity to coronavirus infection.  This herd immunity survey, known as sero, is considered to be very important for the treatment of coronavirus. On Wednesday, the government has taken a big decision on this.
