Indore: A 14-year-old girl has filed a case of kidnapping, rape, and threatening against her boyfriend in Khajrana, Indore. According to the police, the accused married the victim at a temple in Indore and kept her with him. When the victim's parents came to know about this, they found the minor and took her to the police station.

According to TI Dinesh Verma, a case has been registered against Rakesh Batham under serious sections on the complaint of a 14-year-old girl living in the area. The accused has also been taken into custody. In her complaint to the police, the victim said that she has studied only up to class 5. She has known Rakesh for two months. After leaving her studies, she started working in a house. During work, she met Rakesh in Mahalaxmi Nagar a few months ago.

First, he befriended the victim. Then after a few days, he said that he likes her and wants to get married. On November 18, 2022, she spoke to Rakesh on mobile. The two have also planned to meet at Bijasan mata temple in the Aerodrome region. Rakesh filled the vermillion in her forehead. He said that now we are both husband and wife.

Meanwhile, the mother lodged a missing complaint about the daughter at the Khajrana police station. Rakesh and the minor girl have started living at Rakesh's house. Rakesh also had physical relations with her many times during this period. On December 28, the girl's mother came to know that she lived with Rakesh at his house. The mother reached there and talked to the daughter. After which she brought her daughter to her house. From there, the father sent her to the village with his grandmother. Two days later, the family returned from there. After this, a case was filed against Rakesh.
