Add half a teaspoon of sugar to it. Keep in mind that add garam masala and Kasuri methi along with salt to taste. You can also add cream to it if you want. As long as the gravy is ready in the embroidery. Heat oil in a pan till then. Fry the potato koftas in it till golden. Now remove these fried koftas on tissue paper and dry their excess oil. Now put it in the prepared gravy and cook for two minutes. Take soft and creamy koftas ready.
