Visakhapatnam: A 17-year-old minor girl has been beheaded in a crowded market in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh which stirred up the filled market. According to media reports, the police suspect that the girl rejected the marriage offer of the accused Anil. Angered by this, he killed the girl.

This incident is near the Saibaba temple of the Sunrise Colony of Visakhapatnam city. There was some dispute between the two here earlier. The boy then cut the girl's throat with a sharp weapon. Police said that the girl died on the spot in a few minutes. However, the police have arrested the accused youth. Many such incidents have occurred in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana since last few days.

In Telangana in the month of October, a young man tried to rape a 13-year-old minor girl who came to work at home. In December 2019, a female vet in Telangana was burnt alive after being raped. There was outrage among the people of this country. The four accused youths were later killed in an encounter by the Telangana police.
