“Anti Terrorism Day”, the day which every year pay tribute to the former Indian Prime Minister Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, who passed on this day. On 21 May 1991, Rajiv Gandhi was murdered brutally by terrorist attacks.
How far we are able to think about our safety, when the governmental body was and is in danger. The day is aimed in bringing awareness in the nation, among all sections of people, regarding dangers of terrorism, violence and its effect on people, society and nation as a whole. But, it is limited to awareness, the main purpose of it hide somewhere.
Ever think of the worst day in Indian History no, why we think it’s not our family who suffered from the attack of 26 Nov. 2008(Mumbai attack), 02 Jan.2016 (Pathankot attack), 11 July 2006 (Mumbai train bombing and 31 DEC. 2001 (Indian Parliament attack), which shacked the root of India. Think twice before to remember this day because in India we need to celebrate all 365 days, as an Anti Terrorism Day.
Terrorism is presenting its terrible horror teeth again and again which caused the blood river in the country. The current attack on Pathankot is a fresh example that these terrorists are sans emotions and compassion. The result out and start killing people haphazardly. Women, young, old and children are alike for them. They are just uncompromising whose job is to kill the innocent people and spread terror in the nation.
All the terrorists apart from one were killed and the one who was detained was hanged as per the rule of India.
The question is that- Who they are and why they resort to violence, why they do so? These all are the young men are fascinated by being attracted with money and other any means of worldly delights and the foremost and topmost reason is the poverty, which is the only one of the major problem, especially in cases of Naxals.
They don’t want to do this, but their mind completely washed out, the on the name of “Jihad” they are told to murder the people.
But, as we read, if you have a problem, then find the way rather wasting any time. Likewise, the time has come where we should stand together, work together and the whole nation must be ready to eradicate these killers of humanity. So, the terrorism must be stopped for the prosperity and harmony of the entire nation.
