Lucknow: Moradabad MP Azam Khan has objected to the police charge sheet in the court in a case filed in the Swar police station in the Code of Conduct. The case will be heard on 29 November. During the Lok Sabha elections, a case of violation of code of conduct was registered against Azam Khan and SP District President Akhilesh Kumar at Swar Kotwali. The police had also filed a charge sheet in this case, on which the court has started hearing after taking charge of the police in the court.

According to information received from sources, it has been ascertained where SP MP Azam Khan has not even granted bail in this case, on which the court has also issued a non-bailable warrant against him. SP MP Azam Khan was supposed to appear in the court on Tuesday, but he did not appear.

Assistant Government Advocate Ramautar Saini told that SP MP Azam Khan was to appear in court in case of roadshow after the scheduled time, but he did not reach on which non-bailable warrants were issued. On Tuesday, on behalf of the SP MP's advocate in this matter, there has been an objection to the charge sheet of the police. This objection is going to be heard on November 29.
