Dehradun: CM Pushkar Singh Dhami held a mobile discussion with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval regarding the security of Uttarakhand persons living in Ukraine. In which Doval said that the Indian government is ensuring the safety of all Indian people living in Ukraine. Every effort is being made for the safe return of Indians who want to return to the same country.
He also assured the CM of the safety of Uttarakhand students and other persons living in Ukraine. At the same time, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami held a review meeting with the officials regarding the safety of the persons from Uttarakhand residing in Ukraine. He directed the officers to be in constant touch with the Ministry of External Affairs. He also asked them to maintain constant contact with the families of Uttarakhand students and citizens living in Ukraine.
Inspector-General of Police P. Renuka Devi (Mobile Number- 7579278144) and Superintendent of Police Pramod Kumar (Mobile Number- 983778889) has been nominated as nodal officers for the collection of the necessary information from their families regarding the safety of the persons from Uttarakhand residing in Ukraine. It was said that the toll-free number 112 issued has so far been contacted by the families of 95 people living in Ukraine.
