Baghpat: A couple from Badaut in Baghpat district of UP, the country's largest state, tried to kill themselves by going live on Facebook after incurring huge losses in business. The wife died during the treatment while the husband's condition is serious. According to information received in charge of Badaut Kotwali police station Madan Singh, shoe trader Rajiv Tomar, along with his wife Poonam Tomar, consumed poison on Tuesday. The persons watching the suicide pact live called the police after which the duo was immediately taken to the hospital.
