After this, a case was registered under the sections of abetment to suicide and rape. The victim woman lived in the Jaitpur area of ​​Delhi. The woman was married and has two daughters, but for 9 years the woman was living separately from her husband. The woman had put her two daughters in the hostel to study and she was living in a live-in. The police came to know about the suicide of this woman on July 5. The woman had committed suicide by hanging herself from the fan, after which the police found a suicide note from the woman's clothes during the investigation.

In the suicide note, the woman had written the entire tragedy of the last 8 years. A youth living in Madhepura, Bihar was held responsible for the suicide. The accused works as a software engineer in a Noida company. The woman has written that during the last 8 years she became pregnant 14 times, but each time she was aborted by pressure. The woman has written in the suicide note that she is keeping evidence against the accused in her mobile. The police sealed the mobile and after investigation registered an FIR. At present, the accused is out of the custody of the police.
