According to the information received in this case, he used to upload photos and videos daily on many platforms. He also sold photo-videos through Paytm. In this case, when the victim got the news about this, she lodged a complaint with the police.

Thereafter, her ex-boyfriend was caught. In this case, Noida Phase 3 Police have arrested the accused from Baruipur district of West Bengal. A resident of the Society of Noida Phase III Police Station had complained to the police that "her porn videos and photos are being uploaded by the person on the porn site". The woman came to know about the incident and after this, the woman complained to the police at Phase 3 police station. In this case, first, the police registered a case against the unknown by registering a case in the IT Act and during the investigation, it came to know that the accused complainant is the former lover of the woman. He has uploaded videos and photos on porn site. Police arrested the accused from his house in West Bengal.

The police said that the accused lives with his parents and the police has recovered his mobile which contains pornographic videos and photos of the victim. In this case, the accused himself told that the victim had a relationship with him 4-6 years ago. He made videos and clicked photos.
