Kolar police have registered a case of fraud on the complaint of Retired IAS Salina Singh (61) against the retired deputy director of the Women and Child Development Department, Mamta Pathak.
Salina Singh has claimed that Mamata Pathak has faked Aadhaar and claimed her late husband retired IAS MK Singh as her husband. Transferred Rs 53.70 lakh from his bank account (FD) to her account. They also took the death certificate of MK Singh from the Municipal Corporation on fake Aadhaar.

Mamata Pathak has made two Aadhar cards with addresses 'Siddh Gopal Danish View 1/86' and 'Danish Hills View 1/75', describing herself as the wife of Mahesh Kumar Singh. It is alleged that Mamta Pathak prepared a fake will which was received on October 8, 2021 at 10 pm, but it was registered on March 23, 2022, while MK Singh's death was wrongly dated March 14, 2022.
