Sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
Ghee-2 tsp ghee
Sendha Salt-A Pinch
Sugar or jaggery-1/4 cup-
Coconut-1 cup
Date-1 cup
Cashewnuts-1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method of making dates and sesame seeds - First take a pan in which you should first add ghee. Now add dates and sugar/jaggery and run continuously. Then add a pinch of rock salt to it. Now after 30 seconds add sesame seeds well. Then add cashew nuts and coconut. Now remove it on a plate. Then cut it into any shape after cooling down a little. Take your date and sesame chikki ready. You can store it in a container and use it for up to 2 weeks.
