Recently, a case of crime has come to light from Una district of Himachal Pradesh. The 13-year-old innocent, who was roaming in Chintpurni Bazaar, was kidnapped and then raped. This case has surfaced recently. According to reports, the accused had come as a driver with a religious institution in Punjab and the police registered a case under IPC 376 and 363 and arrested the accused a few hours later and taken into custody.
According to reports, police have also recovered the car of the accused. On the other hand, SP Kangra Vifree Ranjan has confirmed this and according to her complaint, "The girl from the nearby village of Chintapuri was walking around the market at around 10 pm on Friday night and the accused victim, a resident of Batala in Punjab, was forcibly taken to the institution's car. And then the accused raped her. On the other hand, she put the baby in the middle of the way," he said.
This case cannot be termed as the first such case as there have been several cases that have been shocking before.
