A deal has been signed by the Former England batsman Graeme Hick to become Australia's batting coach until March 2020.

"The opportunity to work with some of the best players in the world is something I am looking forward to",said Hick. 

Before Australia's Test series against South Africa in November, Hick will commence his new role. The former Worcestershire right-hander has been Cricket Australia's high performance coach since 2013.

Australia head coach Darren Lehmann said in a statement,"Hick is a very experienced player in all conditions and will bring a wealth of knowledge with him" .
