Ujjain: Husband set granddaughter of Khadag Singh on fire by spraying kerosene. The girl has died due to burns. According to reports, the wife was becoming hurdle in the husband's illicit relations, due to which the husband killed her. It is being told that this matter is of Diwali. On the night of Deepawali, there was a fierce fight between Gayatri and her husband over the same thing. During that time Gayatri's husband poured kerosene on her and set her on fire.

Gayatri was admitted to the hospital in Indore in where she died. It is being told that in this case, police of Chintaman police station has registered a case and arrested the woman's husband. Initial investigation by the police has revealed that the accused husband has a illicit  relationship with a woman and due to this, there was a dispute between the two. According to the information received in this case, Gayatri Bai had a tea stall.

Meanwhile, there was a dispute between her and her husband over her husband's second marriage. According to the information received now, the accused has carried out this incident in the state of intoxication. In this case, the woman said in her statement before dying that 'her husband wants to get married again and he is having a love affair with another woman, therefor he sprayed kerosene on me.
