Gurinder Singh Brar, the founder of GSB Luxury Homes has found a new calling in life - music. 

Recently, Brar has been spending a lot of his down time in the studio. He says, “Music is like a therapeutic exercise for me. It always has been, but I have never had the chance to explore it this deeply before. I spent my 20s building up my career as an entrepreneur and now I am in a position where I can explore my passions freely, and fearlessly.”. 

The Calgary-based entrepreneur-turned-musician has built a real estate empire in Canada and has an international real estate academy that hosts realtors all over the globe, where they get to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry and the secrets to a long lasting success as an entrepreneur. 

Brar has never been someone who stops at one spot. He has tried his hand with many ventures and success has followed him everywhere. And with a legacy set in Canadian real estate industry, Brar turned his attention to music and spends his days producing music and experimenting with sounds and styles. His album, “Kat Heartz” is a carefully selected collection of his tracks. Speaking of his debut, Brar comments, “Many times the solutions to my problem come to me after I have spent some time in the studio and worked on my music. Hence, I have a lot of songs to my name and with Kat Heartz I decided to put some of my best work into one place and the reception has been very moving because I never knew that my emotions would resonate like this with others too.”.

The future looks bright - but busy - for Brar who has plans to continue expanding and growing his company and academy, making music! He says, “Time is limited only if you continue to wait for good things. I have always believed in using every moment of my day, to do something I enjoy and I am very excited for my future knowing that my work and my passion will be  with me throughout the way.”. 

Brar is currently working on new music and has already found quite a few interesting sounds for his new project and will be releasing it soon!
