But it was Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli, who lost his Orange Cap for a just few hours and guess what he regained it and got back to the top of IPL 2018 run-scorers list during his knock of 30 against Delhi Daredevils. RCB skipper Virat Kohli only manage to score 30 runs as Royal Challengers Bangalore notched a convincing six-wicket win over Delhi Daredevils in their IPL 2018 fixture at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru. Now the run-machine aka Virat Kohli now has 231 runs from five matches in IPL 2018.

Earlier on Saturday, Virat Kohli was dethorned off the top of IPL 2018 run-scorers list after three days when a resurgent Chris Gayle and KL Rahul over took the RCB skipper. Chris Gayle, who has been in phenomenal form this season for KXIP. Chris Gayle, who completed a hat-trick of half-centuries with an unbeaten 62 from 38 balls in the match against KKR. Rahul helped himself to a 60 off only 27 balls.

Gayle rose to 229 runs in just three matches while Rahul now has 213 runs off 5 matches. Delhi Daredevils' Rishabh Pant who played a knock of 85 on Saturday night to climb to third place- sandwiched between two KXIP openers with 223 runs. AB de Villiers, who scored a fabulous innings of 90 runs to guide RCB to win and entered the list at no. 5 with 212 runs.
