No matter which country we belong, we should remain grateful to the country we live in. no country is free of flaws, fight until its get ‘’fixed’’ not until it gets ‘’destroyed’’ Constitution of India gives the Indian citizen the basic right to speech. However, every right comes with a responsibility, and the responsibility was not fulfilled in the JNU case.

Kumar made statements against the judgement passed by the Indian Judicial functionary. Which in a manner is contempt of the Indian judicial system. The charges of Sedition however, will need to be proved because law defines sedition under IPC section 124 ‘A’ as inciting and promoting hatred against a lawfully established government, leading to a violence.

It will be tuff to prove charges against Kumar. JNU management has failed to control the contempt activities. Calling this sedition will be inappropriate as per the law unless proven by trials. However it’s a clear case of irresponsible exercising of the right to speech. If there had been aviolence after the slogans then the charges of sedition would be valid. We need to understand that no country is perfect every nation have some flaws, that doesn’t allow us to abuse about the nation we live in.Iit’s our country and we must be grateful for that.

A humble request to government that they must do proper investigation and take a legal and valid action, and stop unnecessary action by lawyers and other who provoke the violence.
