Thane: A new twist has come in the Saraswati murder case at Mira Road Apartment in Thane, Mumbai. The police have got a new clue in the brutal murder case of the woman. It is learnt that he had told the police that he was HIV positive and hence he never had physical relations with Saraswati. According to the police, he is using this tactic to mislead. During the investigation and interrogation of the accused Manoj Sane, it has also been found that he took pictures of the dead body before disposing of the body and then googled it.

A new twist in the brutal murder case of Saraswati Vaidya due to live-in relationship in Geeta Nagar area of Mira Road has also surprised the police. Police said the killer, Manoj Sane, was trying to evade the crime by claiming to be HIV positive. What he did to Saraswati in a closed room has not been revealed yet. In his fabricated story, Manoj Sane is telling the police that when he saw Saraswati dead, foam was coming out of his mouth. He was afraid that he might be accused of this, so he cut the body into pieces to dispose of it, but the police are still not ready to accept his theory. "Manoj Sane, in his statement to the police, had earlier said that he was HIV positive, so he never had physical relations with Saraswati. The relationship between them was like a father-daughter relationship. However, she later admitted that the two got married in a temple. No legal evidence of their marriage has been found. According to the statement recorded by Saraswati's sister, she used to call Manoj Sane as uncle. In the orphanage too, his former associate women have given the same statements.

Manoj Sane had killed and chopped her body into pieces, so much so that they could not even be counted. For this, Darinde used electric saws, which are often used for cutting trees. Not only this, the investigation revealed that he had cooked the pieces in the cooker. Manoj had also taken some photographs of the body before committing the act. "Manoj Sane was desperate to dispose of Saraswati's body. He was afraid of being caught. For this, he also searched Google many times. He was looking for ways to dispose of the body in Google. Apart from this, he also found ways to remove the smell of the dead body in Google search. The culprit, Manoj, had earlier informed the police that both of them were orphans. However, Manoj's uncle and other relatives are living in Borivali area. Saraswati also has five sisters, one of whom has now come before the police. Manoj and Saraswati also went to one of their sister's house and had dinner. The criminal had earlier said that he was living in a live-in relationship."

"The two met in 2012 when Saraswati was looking for a job in Borivali area. Earlier, she lived with her sister. Earlier, she was staying at Apte Orphanage in Ahmednagar. Saraswati, meanwhile, had gone to the ashram to collect some documents. This time she introduced Manoj to the people there as mama. Since both are originally from Ahmednagar, their closeness grew. Criminal Manoj Nirantar is giving different information to the police. He has not yet confessed to killing Saraswati."
