Patna: The process of laying the foundation and inauguration of the plans before the Assembly elections in Bihar is going on unabated. In this episode, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 7 important projects of Bihar today. PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of these schemes through inaugural video conferencing. Four of the three projects are related to water supply, two projects to sewerage treatment and one project to river front development.

The cost of all these projects is Rs 541 crore. CM Nitish Kumar will also be present on this occasion. During this time, PM will inaugurate the sewerage treatment plant built under Namami Gange scheme at Beur under Patna Municipal Corporation area. A sewerage treatment plant built under the Namami Gange scheme will be launched in Karamlich in Patna Municipal Corporation area itself. Along with this, water supply schemes will also be launched under the AMRUT scheme in the area of Siwan Municipal Council and Chapra Municipal Corporation.

Under these two schemes, local citizens will be able to get safe drinking water. At the same time, the foundation stone of 'Munger Water Supply Scheme' will be laid under the AMRUT scheme in Munger Municipal Corporation. With the completion of the scheme, the residents of the municipal area will be provided with pure water through a pipeline. In addition, the foundation stone of the Jamalpur water supply scheme will be laid under the AMRUT scheme in the city council of Jamalpur.
