Jaipur: A case of sexual abuse of a 14-year-old minor girl from Bharatpur in Rajasthan has come to light. Judge Jitendra Golia, who is posted in the district, has been charged with sexual abuse of the minoy. Two employees of the judge had also raped the child. A case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO Act. The Jodhpur High Court has suspended the accused judge with immediate effect after the case came to light. The case has been registered at Mathura Gate police station in Bharatpur. Police station in-charge Ramnath said that the mother of the victim has given registered the complain.

According to media reports, Jitendra Golia was posted as a special judge in the Special Court of the Prevention of Corruption Act in Bharatpur. The allegation against him said that he had been raping the 8th student for the past 1 month. They are also accused of drugging the child. The complaint to the police also stated that not only the child but also his mother have been threatened by the accused judge. In this act, the judge also sought the help of DSP Parameshwar Lal, who was posted in the Anti-Corruption Bureau. At his behest, DSP God Lal had also threatened the victim's family to keep their mouths shut. The 14-year-old class VIII student used to go to the district club to play tennis in Mathura Gate police station area of Bharatpur. The stadium was attended by several other officers as well as the accused judges.

Meanwhile, Judge Jitendra Gulia trapped the victim. Then they often took her┬аto their house and raped her. After some time, when the pain in the victim's body began, she told her mother the whole thing. According to the victim, the judge's torture and threats followed.┬аThe judge also threatened to send everyone to jail. The victim's family has said that they are so scared that they are not able to go out of the house. According to a report, some videos of the incident have also surfaced. In the video, the accused judge is seen folding his hands and apologizing to the family members of the victim. At the same time, he is saying, "Forget what happened." Two other accused in the case have been identified as Anshul Soni and Rahul Katara. Anshul Soni is the steno of the accused judge while Rahul Katara is a┬аcourt employee. Police have also registered a case against the duo.
