Free Guy, starring Ryan Reynolds, is slated to hit Indian theatres on September 17, and it has now been confirmed that the movie will be released soon. At the box office in the United States, the picture was a great success. The film, which stars Taika Waititi, Joe Keery, and Jodie Comer in major roles, will be released in India in both English and Hindi.
Fans have eagerly awaited the debut of the comedy-drama Free Guy since the teaser was published. After a successful run in the United States and other countries, the film will finally open in Indian theatres later this month. The Shawn Levy directorial has already received a lot of love for its unique storyline where Reynolds' character finds himself to be a background player in a video game.
Reynolds recently confirmed that the film will feature a number of famous cameos, including Chris Evans, Dwayne Johnson, Hugh Jackman, John Krasinski, and others, in a post thanking his "friends" for coming on board as guest actors for his project. Reynolds recently recognized his wife Blake Lively as a major contribution to Free Guy, describing her as an "essential part" of the picture and revealing that the Marvel cameo was her idea.
Free Guy opened to positive reviews from critics and will also get a sequel as announced by Reynolds who shared how Disney has shown interest in making it a franchise with a funny tweet after the film managed to take a massive opening weekend collection in the US.
