New Delhi: Kumbh has its second Shahi Snan today in Haridwar amid corona epidemic. All the akharas from the police administration to the Shahi Snan have completed their preparations. But before the Shahi Snan, a large crowd of people gathered. The common people came to take a bath in the Ganga river.
IG Sanjay Gunjayaan said that we are requesting people to follow the corona rules continuously, but this is practically impossible due to the huge crowd. IG says that in view of the huge crowds, it is impossible to follow the rules like social distance at the ghat. If we try to do this, a stampede-like situation may arise, so we are not doing so.
Please tell that before 11 o'clock this morning, the saints of Niranjani and Juna Akhada had taken a Shahi Snan. Both akharas had arrived with the Peshwai to bathe in Brahmakund. First, Niranjani led Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Kailashanand Giri, along with Nepal's King Gyanendra Veer Vikram Shah Dev, Srimanta Ravindra Puri, and other saints. Agni and invocation together with Juna Akhada are the most frequent Naga ascetics. Performing with a sword and furs, the Naga sannyasin reached the foot of Har to take the Shahi Snan. Devotees are taking bath
