Mumbai: While debating the Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Rajya Sabha, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that the bill is being opposed in many areas of the country today. Those people are also citizens of India. We do not need to get a certificate of patriotism from anyone, we do not even need a certificate of how hard we are Hindus.

Sanjay Raut has said that we are the headmaster of the school where you (BJP MP) study. Balasaheb was our headmaster. Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was also there. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was also there. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has said that in democracy there are different voices. It is being said that those who are not with this bill are traitors, those who are with them, they are patriots. He said this is not the parliament of Pakistan, if the language of Pakistan is not liked, then end Pakistan, we are with you. Sanjay Raut said that if our brothers are being tortured there, then you are strong and support them. We do not need to get a certificate of patriotism from anyone.

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut further said that intruders should be driven out of this country, the rights of minorities in Pakistan have been violated. If the lakhs and crores are being brought here, will they get the right to vote. If they do not get the right to vote for 20-25 years, then the balance will remain.
