Due to political crisis in Rajasthan, different Congress leaders are also getting attacked. Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal has talked about getting the medicine ready, connecting the current state of the state with Corona. Overall, Sibal has sought to amend the constitution to make the law tougher on party-changing leaders, and make the law tougher.

This law applies to both the Parliament and the state assemblies.
