Chandigarh: The SIT set up to investigate the Nikita Tomar murder case in Ballabhgarh, Haryana, has prepared its charge sheet. It is being told that the SIT can file a charge sheet in the court today. According to the top-level officials of Haryana Police, a charge sheet will be filed against the three accused.

Tausif is the main accused in the Nikita murder case. The rest of the accused are Rehan and Azru. The chargesheet includes the weapons used in the incident, witness statements, CCTV footage, eyewitness statements, forensic reports, post mortem reports. Along with this, Nikita's friend's statement has also been recorded, in front of which Nikita was shot. Let us tell you that on the evening of 26 October, Nikita Tomar was coming out of college by giving exams in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad. Meanwhile, two youths attempted to kidnap him at gunpoint. Tausif shot her when Nikita protested. Nikita died on the spot after being shot. After committing the crime, the accused escaped from the car.

This murder incident was captured in CCTV. The police have arrested both the accused Tausif and Rehan. The accused are on police remand. Apart from this, Ajru, who gave weapons to Tausif, was also arrested. Tausif studied with Nikita and wanted to get married. But Nikita refused to marry.
