Chennai: In Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, the Trichy police have caught an ambulance in which the police lost their senses when they saw the inside view. Marijuana was reportedly being trafficked. Police are also in a state of shock as soon as the case came to light. In fact, the Trichy police had received information that the smuggling of marijuana in the area had increased.

After discovering this, the police formed a special team and then the police received information from the informers that marijuana would be sent from Thanjavur to Sri Lanka. Police were checking several vehicles during the same period. Meanwhile, an ambulance on the way was stopped by the police. The driver of the ambulance was very unfamiliar, and this made the police suspicious and when the police checked the ambulance, 200 kg of marijuana was found in it. The marijuana was reportedly packed in several bags. On the other hand, when the police questioned, it was found that the gang was in the process of sending it to Sri Lanka.

The entire case is under investigation and at the same time, the police are trying to ascertain when the gang was working. Well, this is not the first case, but the increasing smuggling of marijuana these days has taken everyone by surprise. At present, people are in a state of shock after the case came to light.
