India's star footballer Sunil Chhetri has jointly occupied the top spot in terms of the highest goals scorer in Indian Super League (ISL) history. Chhetri, a 37-year-old footballer, scored in the 54th minute against Jamshedpur FC on Saturday and Nigerian player Bartholomew Ogbeche is holding on to the draw. Playing for Bengaluru FC, he scored his 49th goal in the ISL and has surpassed Spain's Ferran Corominas.

Chhetri is already the highest goalscorer in ISL history, the Indian player. This season has not been anything special for the Bengaluru FC captain so far. He could not score a single goal for 11 matches and then scored the first goal against FC Goa.

Sunil scored against Jamshedpur FC in the 54th minute to level the match for Bengaluru. After which Cleiton Silva has scored two goals to give the team the lead and also won the match. Bengaluru FC won the match 3-1 and have moved up to the fourth spot in the points table.
