Raipur: A sensational incident of murder has come in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. In DD Nagar, an advocate beat his wife and mother-in-law to death with a rod. Thereafter, he fled from the spot. At present, the police have registered a case and arrested the criminal lawyer and are investigating the matter.

According to the news received, there were frequent fights between husband Saurabh Upadhyay and 36-year-old wife Manisha Upadhyay. Due to this, his daughter has suffered from heart disease. There used to be a debate between the two about the treatment of the daughter. That's why Manisha Upadhyay went to her maternal home and started living with her 65-year-old mother Rama Pandey. Today on Thursday morning Saurabh went to meet his wife. At the same time, there was again an argument between the two regarding the treatment and examination of the daughter. The matter escalated so much that Saurabh lost his temper in anger. The wife was attacked with an iron rod kept nearby. Seeing this, the mother-in-law standing nearby came to the rescue, and then the advocate also beat the mother-in-law with a rod.

Hearing the screams of the same mother and daughter, the neighbours came and saw, then the advocate was beating his mother-in-law and wife. Blood was oozing from the bodies of both women. Thereafter, people informed the police. But the mother and daughter had died before the police arrived. CSP Rajesh Chaudhary said in the case, "The criminal had gone to his in-laws' house this morning to meet his wife. There was a scuffle between the husband and wife. The husband picked up the rod and killed the wife. Both women died on the spot. Police are preparing to send him to jail."
