Oppenheimer's magic was seen at the 81st Golden Globes. The movie has won many awards. After Robert Downey Jr. winning the Best Supporting Actor Award, the movie's director Christopher Nolan has been honored with the title of Best Director. At the same time, Cillian Murphy won the Best Actor (Drama) award for this movie. 

This is Robert's third award, having won the Best Supporting Actor award for the film Oppenheimer. He has also played the role of Lewis Strauss in Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer'. In this category he was competing with many giants. Willem Dafoe for Poor Things, Robert De Niro for Killers of the Flower Moon, Ryan Gosling for Barbie, Charles Melton for May December and Mark Ruffalo for Poor Things were also in the running in the category, but Robert beat them all. While leaving, he has taken possession of this award.

There was a clash between Barbie and Oppenheimer at the box office: Last year, there was a fierce clash between Barbie and Oppenheimer at the global box office. Both the movies did good business at the ticket window. Christopher Nolan's movie was highly appreciated in India also. This movie was also successful in collecting more than 100 crores here.
