New Delhi:- Peacock is trying a new plan to advertise its shows by sharing complete episodes on TikTok, a popular app for short videos. NBCUniversal announced on Monday that the first episode of season 2 of "Killing It" will be free to watch on TikTok.

Beginning today, you can watch the first episode on Peacock's TikTok account. The episode is divided into five parts. Each video lasts from three to eight minutes.

The decision to make this move is definitely interesting because there is currently a strike happening that is causing problems for the production of lots of TV shows and movies.

Peacock hopes that its new TikTok strategy will attract more viewers to the series because the stars can't promote their work effectively to fans, except through social media posts. Additionally, there has been a recent trend where TikTok users are sharing complete movies and TV shows on the platform.

The first three episodes of "Killing It" can also be found on YouTube, just like what Paramount+ did. Peacock just put up the second episode of Pete Davidson's show "Bupkis" on YouTube, a month after it was first released on the streaming service in May.
