We were dating at the time, so it was a lot to take in, but fortunately, we were with the perfect community for that."

The Duke of Sussex continued by saying that having Meg by his side meant everything since he had always wanted to enjoy these amazing moments with someone special. According to accounts, the Düsseldorf mayor, Stephan Keller, welcomed the newlyweds to City Hall to a raucous reception from the crowd.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently visited the UK in June, when they traveled with their kids, Archie and Lilibet Diana, to support Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
