Lucknow: A 27-year-old rape case has reopened in Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur. In fact, a woman was raped by two men 27 years ago. She became pregnant after that time, although she was only 13 years old at the time and had given birth to a son. Now that she has filed a rape case against the accused in 2021. Based on that, the main accused has also been identified.

On March 4, 2021, the woman had filed a case at Police Station Sadar Bazar on the orders of the court, in which she had stated that in the year 1994, she lived with her sister and brother-in-law in a locality of Thana Sadar Bazar. Her brother-in-law used to do a government job. The sister was a teacher in a private school. One day, Naqi Hasan and his driver of the locality entered the house. According to the woman, the two raped her and the next day his brother Guddu raped her, which made her pregnant and she gave birth to a son. At that time, she was just only 13 years old, she had given her son to a couple from Hardoi. The victim was married to a man from Ghazipur. 

After 10 years, the woman's husband came to know about the past and divorced her. At the same time, when the son grew up, he came to his mother in Lucknow and started questioning about his father. At this, the victim told him the whole thing. At the behest of her son, the victim moved the court to get the accused punished. On the court's order, an FIR of rape was lodged against the accused Naqi Hasan and his brother Guddu at Sadar police station. The victim's son underwent a DNA test. Its report has arrived. The son's DNA is matching that of accused Naqi Hasan. At present, the Superintendent of Police, in this case, says that a team has been formed to search for the accused.
