Gurugram: The two accused allegedly invited the minor to a birthday party and molested her on the way to the party. 17-year-old told her mother about the incident and lodged a complaint with the police. The two accused were arrested from the Ashok Vihar area.

According to the report, The 20-year-old accused were identified as Aman and Ashutosh. One of the accused, Aman is a cab driver and is unmarried. 

According to the police complaint, the accused pretended like it was Aman's birthday party. 

Assailants attacked a property dealer and a bystander in Delhi

Gurugram Police PRO Subhashh Bokan told PTI that the minor was supposed to reach a particular area and the two accused were supposed to pick her up from there.  When the minor stepped into the car, the accused allegedly started molesting her. The accused also warned the minor against telling the police about the incident. Despite the threats, the minor told her mother about the incident and lodged a complaint with the police.
